My "good feeling" experience for volunteering in the Gift Shop happened to me one Tuesday morning. A gentleman came in and needed some help in picking out a special stuffed animal. He told me his little granddaughter was going to hear for the first time in her life and he wanted a special plush animal that would make a sound. He was so excited. I was able to show him several of our "talking" plush animals and he chose the little green frog. He went away with a smile on his face and there was also one on mine.
