Information Desks

Our dedicated friendly volunteers at our Information Centers and Desks provide patient room numbers, answer questions, give directions, loan out free paperback books and secure information for patients and visitors.

Training is provided so that volunteers are well acquainted with Mayo facilities and the city of Rochester. Desks are open weekdays only. Hours vary depending on information center/desk.
