Auxiliary Gift Shops

Serve as a volunteer in our busy, high-profile gift shops assisting customers. Our gift shops are staffed with volunteers, supervisors and part-time sales associates. The shops carry an excellent selection of cards, gifts, and flowers. Volunteers greet customers, provide customer service, stock shelves, and assist with the responsibilities of the gift shop. Duties may also include delivering items to patients. Shifts are three hours long and are available Monday through Friday. Weekend shifts are also available.

Mayo Clinic Young Volunteers assist with a variety of responsibilities in the gift shops. Most shifts are 3:30 – 5 p.m. and there are several opportunities for weekend shifts.
