Direction/Information Assistance

Volunteers give directions to help patients and visitors find their way around the downtown campus. They also provide helpful and reassuring answers to questions covering many subjects. Must be attentive and resourceful in addressing patient and visitor needs. Will be stationed at various locations throughout the downtown campus.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable of the Mayo campus facilities, able to convey directions in a clear, concise manner and where to find information in response to inquiries
• Alert, friendly and easily approachable
• Keep up-to-date regarding resource changes
• Able to follow emergency procedures

Physical Requirements

• Able to remain alert and attentive during shift
