Our Caring Hands service provides patients, their family members and nursing staff with a gentle, relaxing hand massage. Interested volunteers are trained to perform hand massage, and they receive an orientation about working in patient rooms, including infection-control best practices.
The hand massage volunteer service enhances our goal of making patients as comfortable as possible while they embark on their healing journey.
