Cafeterias and Coffee Shop

Mayo Clinic and both hospitals have cafeterias that serve patients and visitors.

Visitor Cafeteria – Saint Marys Hospital
Volunteers serve as hostesses/hosts, offering assistance to customers and providing support to dietetics staff. Shifts are from 11:30 a.m. to
1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Volunteer Group – Saint Marys Hospital

NEDS Cafeteria – Rochester Methodist Hospital
A volunteer works as host/hostess in the visitors' cafeteria during lunchtime. Volunteers aid customers with wheelchairs, those needing help walking, or children. They locate seating, carry food trays and refill coffee cups or water glasses. Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Volunteer hosts and hostesses are available throughout the day to provide assistance to those in wheelchairs and others who need help getting through the serving line and to their tables. Shifts are from Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to
3 p.m.
