At Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, doctors trained in women's diseases and disorders of the reproductive tract (gynecologists and urogynecologists) work with doctors trained to treat urinary tract problems (urologists) to care for women who have vaginal fistulas. To treat women who have rectovaginal fistulas, gynecologists may also consult with colorectal surgeons.
