When You Call

Please be prepared to tell the person you talk to about:

• Your primary urologic problem
  This is the most urgent problem you are experiencing. It is the major reason for the current appointment.
  
  
• Other medical and/or urologic conditions
  It is important for the person helping you to know about any other major medical problems you have now, or have had in the past.
  
  
• Prior medical evaluations
  It is also important for the person helping you to know about any recent examinations or tests you may have had.
