Mayo Clinic Patient Travel Services

Mayo Clinic offers for-fee personal and on-site travel services to assist patients and families with travel needs, both international and domestic, including:

• New flight reservations
• Changes to existing travel itineraries
• Hotel reservations
• Ground transportation including shuttles, limousine services, and car reservations

Patient Travel Services staff is located in Mayo Building, main floor (street level) in the International Center. Hours of operation are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointment is needed.
