Graham Parking Ramp: Located downtown just west of the Charlton Building on 3rd Avenue and First Street NW.
Baldwin Parking Ramp: Located behind the Baldwin Building on 2nd Street and 4th Avenue SW.
See maps. All three ramps are connected by underground walkways, called subways.
Handicapped parking: If you have a handicapped parking tag displayed on your car, you may park free at any city meter. Parking is limited to the maximum time posted on the meter. Meters in the downtown are typically set to allow parking for 30 minutes, 90 minutes or three hours. Van accessible and state handicap parking spaces are available in the Graham Parking Ramp. Patient Ramp parking fees apply. All public ramps in Rochester have clearly marked designated handicapped parking spaces available.
There is an underground parking ramp for patients and visitors in front of the 14th Avenue entrance; it is not visible from the street. To enter the underground facility, turn off 14th Avenue SW and drive through the patient drop-off area at the Main Entrance to the hospital. Follow signs to the parking ramp.
You may purchase a long-term parking pass from parking attendants in the patient/visitor ramps. Passes have no expiration date and are valid in all Mayo Clinic patient/visitor parking ramps.
All entrances are wheelchair accessible, except the entrance to the Francis Building on Second Street.
