Graham Parking Ramp: Located downtown just west of the Charlton Building on 3rd Avenue and First Street NW.

Meters in the downtown are typically set to allow parking for 30 minutes, 90 minutes or three hours. Van accessible and state handicap parking spaces are available in the Graham Parking Ramp. Patient Ramp parking fees apply. All public ramps in Rochester have clearly marked designated handicapped parking spaces available.

There is an underground parking ramp for patients and visitors in front of the 14th Avenue entrance; it is not visible from the street. To enter the underground facility, turn off 14th Avenue SW and drive through the patient drop-off area at the Main Entrance to the hospital. Follow signs to the parking ramp.

  • See the Saint Marys campus map.
  • Handicapped Parking Spaces: Available in the Patient/Visitor Ramp near the elevators.
  • Emergency Trauma Unit (ETU) Parking: Patients/visitors going to the ETU can find parking in the surface lot just across the driveway from the ETU Entrance.
  • Valet Parking: For patients/visitors with special needs only. Available from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Drive to the Main Entrance of the hospital and tell the door attendant you need someone to park your car. For further information call the door attendant, 507-255-5483.

Parking Passes

You may purchase a long-term parking pass from parking attendants in the patient/visitor ramps. Passes have no expiration date and are valid in all Mayo Clinic patient/visitor parking ramps.
