Guidelines for sites linking to mayoclinic.orgMayo Clinic has two main campuses. The downtown campus includes the Mayo, Gonda, and Charlton Buildings and Rochester Methodist Hospital. Downtown buildings are linked by underground walkways known as subways and above-ground skyways. The Saint Marys Campus is 10 blocks west of the downtown campus. It includes the Emergency Department, Generose Building and Eugenio Litta Children's Hospital.
