Qualified applicants must have completed a Master's degree program no earlier than the spring of 2006 and no later than August of 2008. Alternatively, applicants should have a Bachelor's degree with at least two years of relevant work experience before beginning the trainee position. Typically, applicants have Bachelor's or Master's degrees in:

• Business
• Health Care Administration
• Industrial Engineering

Applicants with degrees in other fields will also be considered.

Strong applicants will have experience in operational analysis, workflow analysis, staffing analysis, process change, electronic systems implementation, and systems analysis, although experience in these areas is not required.

Applicants should submit a resume and cover letter detailing their qualifications and interest in the Systems and Procedures trainee position. Resumes submitted without cover letters will not be considered.
