The Outpatient Operations Support Training Program helps ensure that all new clinical support staff are delivering this superior service and are able to assist patients so that they can access the care and resources they need.

Specifically, this eight-week program is designed for motivated, customer service-oriented individuals to help them gain the clinical support skills needed to work at one of more than 100 desks or appointment offices at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minn., with the ultimate goal of achieving permanent placement within 18 months.
