Q. What are the components of the training program?

A. Most participants are hired after successfully completing the training. Participants who are not immediately placed in a permanent position will be assigned to cover empoyees on leaves of absence while continuing to look for a position.
Q. Do program participants know their permanent work location before graduating from the training program?
A. Applicants hired to a specific floor while attending the training program know where they will work after completing the program. Applicants who have not been hired when the program ends apply for openings that become available.
Q. Are part-time operations support positions available after completion of the OOS training program?
A. Only a few part-time positions are available, so interested applicants should inform management as soon as possible.
All training program participants work full-time hours while attending the program. After program completion, those interested in part-time positions continue to work full time until they are hired part time. We cannot estimate how long this may take.
