Register patients for appointments, register walk-in patients, perform hospital pre-admits, enter insurance and demographic information, assist patients with both billing and general questions. Perform a Research project regarding the correct entry of addresses and improve usage of Code One.

Foundation Accounting
Work in Development and Treasury Services section of Foundation Accounting. Major responsibility valuing stock gifts and communicating stock gift information. Update Investigator Database which is used to allocate gifts from donors to the proper research areas.

Rochester Materials Management
Assist in contract renewal process and some contract comparison portion of the process of converting contracts over to VHA/Novation.

Mayo Financial Services
Develop strategic initiatives for Mayo Foundation shared services. Develop Mayo shared services business plan. Perform operations-oriented management tasks. Serve on Mayo Account Information System Evaluation Study Steering Committee.

Revenue Recognition and Billing Compliance - Dental Project
Develop flowcharts for complete understanding of the entire billing process of the dental department. Focus on estimating process with a goal to have each patient receive an estimate of cost before treatment.
