Symptoms

Symptoms

A patient with tonsil cancer may experience one or more of the following symptoms:

A persistent sore in the back of the mouth that doesn't heal
Ongoing pain in the mouth
Difficulty chewing, swallowing, or speaking
Swelling or pain in the neck
Severe ear pain
Lumps in the neck
Development of a nerve syndrome
Citrus intolerance
Sore throat
Pain with swallowing
Foul breath
Weight loss
