Unique programs

Mayo Clinic offers several stress management and resiliency programs. One of these programs, the Stress Management and Resiliency Training (SMART) program, was developed by Mayo Clinic researchers.

Evidence-based care

Mayo Clinic healthcare professionals practice evidence-based care. They suggest meditation and other complementary and integrative therapies that have been studied and tested for how well they work and how safe they are. For example, Mayo Clinic researchers developed a meditation DVD based on research results.
