Mayo Clinic offers a subsidized housing option for Summer III Nursing Program participants from across the country. The housing community is located in southwest Rochester, Minn., just two and a half miles from Mayo Clinic. This makes for a quick commute, no matter if you take advantage of the bike trail or city bus or drive your personal vehicle.

Housing consists of unique townhouses with five to six private bedrooms, two to three bathrooms, and communal living and kitchen areas. Up to six people can live in each townhouse. All of the townhouses are fully furnished with kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove and microwave) and bedroom furniture (bed, dresser and desk).

Amenities include Internet access, utilities, cable TV, air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a student center and library, onsite parking, 24-hour security, walking and bike paths, a meditation path, and beautiful natural surroundings.

The monthly rate of $250 is paid through a $125 deduction from your biweekly paycheck.
