Summer III Nursing

Application

Qualifications

You are eligible for Summer III if you:

• are enrolled in a four-year baccalaureate nursing program.
• have completed two semesters or three quarters of clinical nursing experience prior to the start of the program.
• meet Mayo Clinic job-related health requirements.
• have a satisfactory academic record.
• are current in Basic Life Support at the Healthcare Provider Level from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association (must have completed these within the last year).

To apply for the Summer III program, print and complete the following forms and send to the address below by Jan. 15.

It is the applicant's responsibility to ensure that all application materials are received by the deadline. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed by the selection committee.

Application Timeline

Application materials are due Jan. 15. You will receive written notification regarding your application status by mid-February.
