Mayo Clinic researchers conducted the largest study to date of sclerosing mesenteritis, contributing to the understanding and treatment of this rare disorder. The study suggests that people with sclerosing mesenteritis who experience symptoms can benefit from a combination therapy of tamoxifen and prednisone.
