Chapels and Meditation Spaces at Mayo Clinic

People of all faiths and traditions are invited to Mayo's worship and mediation spaces.

Chapels

All chapels are open 24 hours a day. Patients may come in hospital attire. You are invited to write daily prayer requests in a book located in the chapels so others also may pray for your intentions. Spiritual support booklets, called Care Notes, also are available in all chapels.

RMH chapel

Rochester Methodist Hospital Chapel is located in the Eisenberg Building, Second Floor. It's open 24 hours a day for prayer and reflection.

Saint Marys Chapel

Saint Marys Chapel is located at the east end of the Domitilla Building, First Floor. It's open 24 hours a day for prayer and reflection.

• Catholic services (Mass) 4:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday
  8:30 a.m., Sunday

Saint Francis Chapel

The Saint Francis Chapel is located in the Francis Building, Fifth Floor, Tower section. It is open 24 hours a day for prayer and reflection. No scheduled services are held in the chapel.

Mayo Center for the Spirit

Groves Foundation Meditation Room, Mary Brigh Building, Seventh Floor, is available 24 hours a day for people of all faith traditions. This area, which faces east, is designed for quiet time, prayer and meditation.

The Saint Francis Peace Garden, on the west side of the Generose Building, is open from dawn to dusk during the spring, summer and fall. You are welcome to use the garden for meditation and reflection.

Mayo Center for the Spirit, Mayo Building, Subway Level, is available during regular working hours, Monday through Friday. The center is a quiet space designed for prayer, meditation and reflection.
