The Ultrasound section performs a wide variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures. Areas of particular expertise include gynecologic imaging, thyroid nodule diagnosis and fine needle aspiration, targeted biopsy and RF ablation, transplant evaluation, and carotid sonography.

Diagnostic studies include the following examinations:

Interventional procedures include:

• Thyroid nodule fine needle aspiration
• Native and transplant renal biopsies
