Treatment of Children

Dermatologists at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota treat psoriasis and other skin, nail and hair disorders in children of all ages. Although most dermatologic care is provided as an outpatient, inpatient skin treatment programs are also available at the Mayo Eugenio Litta Children's Hospital. These specialized skin care treatments are especially helpful for children with severe psoriasis, atopic eczema and other skin conditions that have not responded to usual therapies.
