Doctors at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota have treated more than 500 people who have prostate cancer with permanent prostate brachytherapy. Researchers monitor these people to learn about long-term results of treatment.
Doctors trained in radiation oncology, urology and other specialties work together to determine the most appropriate treatment for people who have prostate cancer.
