The appointment staff will make every effort to accommodate your scheduling requests. If your primary care provider is not available for an acute care appointment on a specific day, the staff can offer you an appointment with a different provider at our Baldwin location.

Primary Care services consolidated at Baldwin Building

Beginning July 8, 2006, Saturday primary care services at Mayo Family Clinic Northeast will consolidate to the Baldwin Building downtown. This means both Northeast and Northwest clinics, including pharmacy and lab, will be closed on Saturdays. The reason for the Saturday consolidation is to provide more complete patient-focused care in a single site with consistent provision of ancillary services. Covered, free parking is available in the Baldwin parking ramp on Saturdays.

Even though primary care services are consolidating to the Baldwin Building, the phone number to call for Saturday appointments will not change. Continue to call the Northeast Clinic, 538-8500, for Saturday appointments. Dialysis and Mayo Optical at Northeast Clinic will continue with their regular Saturday hours. Patients can access these services through the Northeast Clinic's west door.
