Plastic Surgery in Minnesota

Overview

Plastic Surgery is a broad field that includes not only cosmetic or aesthetic surgery, but also surgical repair of congenital deformities such as cleft lip and palate, laser surgery, post-surgical reconstruction such as breast and head-and-neck defects, microsurgery and hand surgery.

Mayo Clinic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is staffed by nine plastic surgeons with special training and skills in one or more of the following surgical subspecialties:

  • aesthetic plastic surgery
  • reconstructive surgery
  • craniofacial surgery
  • reconstructive microsurgery
  • pediatric plastic surgery
  • laser surgery
  • hand surgery
