Pediatric and Adolescent Primary Care at Mayo Clinic

Community Pediatrics and Adolescent Medicine is a group of general pediatricians (doctors) and pediatric nurse practitioners providing primary care to the children of Rochester and surrounding communities in Olmsted and neighboring counties in Minnesota. Our group is composed of 18 physicians (pediatricians), four pediatric nurse practitioners, two pediatric social workers, and a staff of RN and LPN pediatric nurses.

We provide well child preventive services, as well as acute and chronic care. Primary care special services we provide include:

• management of behavior/development issues
• adolescent care
• social service consultations and support
• infectious disease and immunization services

Our mission is to provide the highest quality, accessible, and continuous care for children from birth through adolescence. We work in an academic environment that includes education and research.
