Referring a patient

We strive to offer same-day appointments and next-day surgery. To refer a patient to Mayo Clinic in Minnesota, please choose one of these options:

• Call the Division of Pediatric Surgery at 507-284-2623 or 507-284-8391, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday, or email pediatricsurgery@mayo.edu
• Call the Admissions Coordination Office for Mayo's Trauma Center at 507-255-2910
• Call Mayo Clinic Referring Physician Services, 800-533-1564 (toll-free), 24 hours a day, seven days a week
