Hypertension

Hypertension is a 60-minute class taught in the Patient Education Center. After completing this class, you should be able to:

• Define hypertension and factors that affect it
• Develop an action plan for managing hypertension
• Identify when to contact your healthcare provider

This class includes instruction, discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. You'll receive a packet containing a summary of class content and related materials for future reference.
