How to Measure Your Blood Pressure is a 45-minute class offered in the Patient Education Center. After completing this class, you should be able to:

• Define blood pressure
• Demonstrate the proper use of blood pressure equipment, and measure your own blood pressure
• Identify when to call a health care provider for further help

This class includes instruction, discussion and an opportunity to ask questions. You'll receive a packet containing a summary of class content and related materials for future reference.
