Keeping Your Balance: Diagnosing and Treating your Dizziness Problem is a computer-based presentation available at Mayo W5 and Eisenberg 2 Vestibular Lab lobbies. The program uses videos and animated illustrations to help explain the balance system and diagnosis and treatment of a variety of dizziness problems. You can progress through the program at your own pace by touching the computer screen.

Main headings of the 12 modules are as follows:

  • Discovering the cause of your dizziness
  • Conditions that cause dizziness
  • Living with dizziness

You may spend as long as you like working with this program. If you wish for additional materials, you can ask for them at the Patient Education Center, Siebens Subway.

Keeping Your Balance: Diagnosing and Treating your Dizziness Problem is available during regular clinic hours. You do not need to schedule an appointment.
