Patient Education

How to Age Well

How to Age Well is a 60-minute program taught by a Patient Education Specialist -- Instructor. After completing this program, participants should be able to:

  • Identify healthy habits with tips on managing stress, restoring energy, relieving hot flashes, and preventing chronic illnesses
  • Develop a plan to improve their health

This program is a single session that includes classroom instruction and facilitated dialogue. Participants will receive a packet of related written materials.

Register by calling 507-284-8140 or by making an appointment at the Patient Education Center reception desk. Programs are offered Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p. and can be scheduled to fit with your other clinic appointments.
