You may contact the Department of Orthopedic Surgery in several ways:

• Call the Central Appointment Office at (507) 538-3270, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday.
• Make direct arrangements with your Mayo physician if you are already a Mayo patient.
• Ask your local physician to refer you. (See Referring Physician Service.)
• International patients may call the International Appointment Office at (507) 284-8884 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.
• International patients may fax their requests to the International Appointment Office at (507) 284-3891. This line is available 24 hours daily, seven days per week.
