You may contact the Department of Orthopedic Surgery in several ways:

  • Call the Central Appointment Office at 507-538-3270 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Central time, Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday.
  • Make direct arrangements with your Mayo physician if you are already a Mayo patient.
  • Ask your local physician to refer you. (See Referring Physician Service.)
  • International patients can contact the International Appointment Office.
