The Division of Dermatologic Surgery at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is the largest academic dermatologic surgery practice in the United States. The division treats thousands of nonmelanoma skin cancers annually using the Mohs surgical procedure.
Nonmelanoma skin cancer is treated primarily by specialists in Dermatology. Four Mohs-trained surgeons practice at Mayo Clinic's Rochester campus.
