CHEMOTHERAPY
What You Need to Know About Chemotherapy
Nurse educators provide information about chemotherapy side effects and resources for patients undergoing chemotherapy.

PaLS: Participation, Learning, Support
Exercise may be one of the best things you can do for yourself during and after cancer treatment. During this interactive presentation, information will be provided on the benefits of exercise during and after cancer treatment.

Strengthening Healing
Breathing techniques introduces participants to a variety of unique breathing methods that can help decrease stress and anxiety and increase relaxation. Guided imagery introduces participants to the power of visualization and imagination, which can assist with relaxation, reducing pain, and increasing self-awareness and emotional well-being.
