Bayern Munich's captain and goalkeeper Oliver Kahn is recovering well from a successful osteocapsular arthroplasty procedure on his injured elbow.
Kahn will begin his rehabilitation program at Mayo Clinic in Rochester and return to Munich at the start of next week where he plans to resume rehabilitation treatment with specialists from his team.
Kahn expressed gratitude to the outstanding group of doctors and allied health staff at Mayo Clinic led by orthopedic surgeon Dr. Shawn O'Driscoll.
