ROCHESTER, Minn. — Mayo Clinic Cancer Center invites you to include these educational programs, events and support groups on your community calendars. They are designed for people diagnosed with cancer, their family members and friends and supporters of cancer care and research. International Art Exhibition
Thirty pieces of original art from the Lilly Oncology On Canvas: Expressions of a Woman's Cancer Journey international art competition will be on display at Mayo Clinic. Artists created their works in an exploration of cancer illness and its effects on themselves or people they care for. No registration is necessary.

Date: Weekdays, Oct. 24-31, 2005
Time: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
12:15 p.m. Tuesday-Thursday: local artist presentations
3 p.m. daily Time of Remembrance (led by Mayo chaplains)
Location: Hage Atrium, Siebens Building, Subway Level

Creative Renewal Series
Co-sponsored by Mayo Clinic Center for Humanities in Medicine and Mayo Clinic Cancer Center this interactive workshop provides participants with unique outlets for expression in a reflective, supportive environment that fosters learning. Topics vary. Please register by Nov. 1.

These interactive lectures are designed to bring authentic hope to those in the cancer community and are open to anyone with a medical illness, as well as family members, friends and caregivers.
