Volunteer Opportunities Available at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Volunteer opportunities are available in more than 45 areas at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. Examples of service opportunities include:

  • Assisting customers in the Clinic Gift Shop
  • Escorting patients to various locations within Mayo Clinic
  • Providing assistance and support for patients preparing for examinations
  • Visiting with patients and their families as they await treatment
  • Utilizing clinical and computer skills in office support

Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale began a successful volunteer program in 1990 which has grown to more than 300 volunteers who assist patients and serve in a variety of capacities throughout the Clinic.
