Mayo Hospice Program Hosts Speaker, Susan Carter, to Address Impact of Grief During the Holidays

Who: Susan Carter, a consultant on aging and bereavement counseling, who has frequently worked with grief counselors and grief support group facilitators. Carter has 29 years of experience as a social worker and recently retired from the St. Paul Catholic Charities.

What: Carter's presentation will address issues of grief and will offer practical suggestions for coping with grief during the holidays.

The presentation is free and open to the public. No registration is necessary. Certificates of Attendance are available upon request and can be used toward Continuing Education Unit (CEU) Credits. For more information, contact Mayo Hospice Program at 284-1690.

When: Monday, Nov. 10, 7 to 8:30 p.m.
