Neurology in Minnesota

Neurologic Education Group

The section of neurologic education provides care to patients with a wide range of neurological problems, and all members of this section are general neurologists with a wide range of special interests. Clinical visits consist of an exhaustive review of symptoms and an examination by at least two physicians (a resident and a senior experienced neurologist). Each case is discussed in a conference to develop the diagnosis and treatment plan. This method provides the patient with a comprehensive evaluation and enhances the neurological skills of junior physicians. Our group also participates in development of other training activities for medical residents and in developing education programs for patients.
