Movement Disorders

Treatment of Children

Although some movement disorders, such as Tourette syndrome, may affect children, most affect adults only.

All diagnosis and treatment options for movement disorders described in these pages are available for children at Mayo Clinic in Minnesota.

This disease is treated by specialists in Child and Adolescent Neurology, and Neurosurgery.
