Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center

The Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Center at Mayo Clinic in Arizona is an integral part of the Department of Neurology.

The center is dedicated to improving the quality of life of patients affected by movement disorders. A highly trained and experienced staff, including neurologists, a nurse practitioner and specialty nurses, is committed to the compassionate care and treatment of persons affected by Parkinson's disease, tremor, dystonia, Huntington's disease and other movement disorders.

For appointments or more information, call the Central Appointment Office at 800-446-2279 (toll-free) 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain time, Monday through Friday or complete an online appointment request form.
