Movement Disorders Program

The Movement Disorders Program at Mayo Clinic in Florida provides advanced evaluation and treatment for various movement disorders. The program is internationally recognized in the surgical treatment of Parkinson's disease and essential tremor.

At Mayo Clinic in Florida, neurologists who have completed fellowship training in movement disorders work with neurosurgeons experienced in stereotactic surgery and specially trained nursing and paramedical staff to comprehensively evaluate patients. They offer the most appropriate medical and surgical treatments for movement disorders. Eligible patients at Mayo Clinic in Florida may access new therapies available through clinical research trials.

The Movement Disorders Program offers:
