Rituximab for Peripheral Neuropathy Associated with Monoclonal Gammopathy of Undetermined Significance (MGUS)
Mayo Clinic Neurologists are trying a new approach to treat patients with neuropathy associated with paraproteinemia (also called MGUS neuropathy).

This medication shuts down abnormal antibody production by targeting a select type of antibody-producing lymphocytes in the bone marrow, leaving all other marrow cells alone.
