Catheter-based denervation procedure

Image of catheter-based denervation procedure

During denervation, a catheter is introduced via the femoral artery and positioned in the renal artery under fluoroscopic guidance. The device design allows for continuous blood flow throughout the treatment, which provides cooling of the artery wall. The catheter is torquable, allowing the user to easily rotate the device to treat different segments of the vessel.
