Cells with fine structures of neurite growth

Neurite outgrowth from cerebellar neurons is driven by a surface of neurons that bind recombinant human antibody rHIgM12. Clusters of mouse cerebellar granule neurons were plated onto a surface coated with rHIgM12. Within 48 hours, extensive process growth is present. Cells were stained with a violet dye to reveal fine structures of neurite growth.
