Stage I gracilis FFMT reconstruction

In stage I of the gracilis FFMT to restore elbow flexion, surgeons secure the gracilis proximally to the clavicle and distally to the biceps tendon. Sources for motor innervation are the spinal accessory nerve, or multiple intercostal motor nerves.
