Preoperative radiograph showing correction of a midcervical kyphotic deformity in a 54-year-old woman. A 360° approach was used, in which 3 vertebral bodies were removed and a bone graft was placed, correcting the deformity from the front, and instrumentation was placed from the back to lock the deformity correction in place.
