Internal carotid artery after clipping

Giant left internal carotid artery aneurysm was treated with direct clipping, and the postoperative angiogram shows complete exclusion of the aneurysm with no compromise of distal flow (right). The arteriovenous malformation was subsequently treated with Gamma Knife®.
