Clinical Trials Open to Patients

Clinical trials have been available to Mayo Clinic patients in Florida since 1987. More than 75 percent of our physicians have participated in a research-related study. The number and types of studies open to patients change continually as one study ends and another is approved. All Mayo Clinic studies receive strict review by internal panels in both Florida and Minnesota.
